What does Working Order do?

Do I need to know which AI tool to use?
Not at all. Working Order finds the best solution for your task and needs, and works with you to make sure it meets your expectations, including privacy, intelligence and speed. If you already use ChatGPT or Claude, Working Order can also make plugins and integrations for it, so you can keep using what you know.
How do I know the AI gets it right?
Rather than relying on what an AI already knows, Working Order uses tools and methods that make the AI answer only from the information you provide, such as your policies, reference documents or sales records. Secondary non-AI checks validate answers before they’re shown, and Working Order tests it on work you’ve already done before you rely on it. Irreversible actions such as payments, supplier orders or refunds come to you for approval.
Will it work on the computer I already have?
In most cases, yes. The dashboards, tools and apps run on most standard computers. A private cloud provider, ChatGPT or Claude does the AI processing and sends the results back to your computer. For privacy-focused or less complex jobs, a smaller AI can run on some of your own devices, depending on the task and the device.
Can staff keep using paper?
In most cases, yes. Staff keep using the same forms and scan or photograph them, and AI tools read them and format them into digital records.
