Jordan Schindel founded Working Order. A former Naughty Dog QA engineer and VR training developer, he built tools and virtual reality training simulations for industrial equipment and safety-critical tasks. He worked with subject-matter experts to understand each industry’s procedures and made sure the simulations matched how the real equipment behaves, to meet client expectations and the needs of the people who use that equipment every day.
