About the website chat
The chat answers questions about Working Order and helps you request a call. It does not read your business files or carry out the jobs shown in the examples. Its answers can be wrong or incomplete, so confirm important details on the call.
Please don’t paste financial details, account numbers, passwords, or private personal data.
This website chat uses an outside AI service. Messages go through OpenRouter to a model provider for a reply, and searches use Brave Search. Those services have their own data-handling policies.
Working Order stores conversations and request details, including IP address and browser information, to review how the chat is working. Closing the chat does not delete those records. You do not need an account to use it.
A tool set up to run on a computer in your office can handle files there without sending them to an AI provider.
When the chat prepares a call request, it shows a card for you to review. Press Send to submit it, or Not now to discard it. Sending the request emails Jordan the note, your contact details, and this conversation so he can prepare. If you leave an email address, you also receive an acknowledgement. The request does not reserve a time; Working Order follows up to arrange the call.
